目的了解光泽县中小学生视力低下的现状,为预防视力低下提供科学依据。方法对光泽县2011年学生体检12 233数据进行分析。结果光泽县中小学生视力低下率为34.6%(4 229/12 233),其中小学生30.7%,中学生27.4%,高中生49.3%,且随年级的增长,程度上升;各年级视力低下率女生(39.6%)均高于男生(30.0%),城市(35.7%)高于农村(21.9%)。结论应采取综合防治措施减少新发病例的发生,将学生视力低下率控制在较低水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of poor eyesight in primary and secondary students in Guangze County and provide a scientific basis for preventing low vision. Methods The data of 12 233 students in Guangze County in 2011 were analyzed. Results There was 34.6% (4 229/12 233) of poor eyesight in primary and middle school students in Guangze County, including 30.7% of primary school students, 27.4% of middle school students and 49.3% of high school students, and their grades increased with their grades; %) Than boys (30.0%), cities (35.7%) than rural areas (21.9%). Conclusion Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of new cases, and to control the low vision rate of students to a lower level.
