2007年以来,我市以创建国家级循环农业示范市为契机,大力推广了农业废弃资源循环利用技术,取得了一些成效。但由于秸秆综合利用成本高,技术体系不完善,人们认识普遍不到位,政策体系不配套,至使处理和利用设施不齐全或使用率不高,秸秆焚烧对环境的污染仍然严重。在我市开展改善农村人居环境、创建国家低碳城市试点市、循环经济示范市及循环农业示范市的大目标下,如何处理和利用好农作物秸秆是我们面临的最紧迫问题。本文力图通过对我市
Since 2007, the city has taken the opportunity of establishing a national demonstration city of circular agriculture and vigorously promoted the recycling technology of agricultural waste resources and achieved some results. However, due to the high comprehensive utilization of straw, the technical system is not perfect, people generally do not know the place, the policy system is not complete, so that the treatment and utilization facilities are not complete or the utilization rate is not high, the pollution caused by straw burning is still serious.
