目的:通过对出生缺陷的监测了解出生缺陷的发生及管理情况。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法对朝阳区2001～2007年出生缺陷发生情况进行分析。结果:随着朝阳区出生缺陷监测管理力度的加强,监测水平一直稳步提升。结论:有力的管理和业务人员的技能提高是出生缺陷监测的基础,是为卫生行政部门提供真实数据的保障,更是为卫生行政部门更好制定政策的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the birth and management of birth defects through the monitoring of birth defects. Methods: The incidence of birth defects in Chaoyang District from 2001 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: With the strengthening of monitoring and management of birth defects in Chaoyang District, the monitoring level has been steadily increased. CONCLUSIONS: Strong management and improvement of the skills of business personnel are the basis for monitoring birth defects, providing real data protection for the health administrative departments. It is also the basis for the health administrative departments to better formulate policies.
