吸烟或烟中某些成分对血小板的影响已引起人们的兴趣。已有不少文章报道高尼古丁烟对血小板的聚集作用以及循环血小板聚合物的影响增加。本文研究吸烟对ADP诱导的原发性血小板聚集、循环血小板聚合物数量以及皮肤出血时间的影响。受试者为25-35岁的健康男子。受试者在实验前12小时之内不准饮酒,实验前8小时内不准喝咖啡,不准吸烟以及不准被动地接触吸烟者。受试者分为两组,一组为高尼古丁烟组(CECIL,每支烟含2.4mg尼古丁),另一组为无尼古丁烟组(Free)。两组
The effects of smoking or certain components of tobacco on platelets have drawn people’s interest. Many articles have reported an increase in the effect of high nicotine smoke on platelet aggregation and circulating platelet polymers. This article investigates the effects of smoking on ADP-induced primary platelet aggregation, circulating platelet polymers, and skin bleeding time. Subjects were healthy men aged 25-35. Subjects were not allowed to consume alcohol within 12 hours prior to the experiment. No coffee, no smoking and no passive contact with smokers within the first 8 hours of the experiment.
