继2009年10月20~23日在河北保定举办“首届动保行业经销商加油站”之后石家庄正欣源动物药业有限公司又于2010年4月22~23日在石家庄市成功举办了第二届动保经销商“加油站”培训班其间,浙江大学管理学院鲁柏祥博士利用一天的时间作了题为《生意真经》的精彩报告,就营销的本质、创意形成、生意的要义服务营销及战略联盟等分别进行了全新的阐释,令现场的广大经销商耳目一新,从中受益匪浅。来自辽宁、江苏、山东、河北等地的孙铎、王先如、郭峰、周宜明等6名优秀经销商代表还在这次培训班上分别就如何看待经销商与厂家的关系与合作,如何善待自己的下属,如何转变传统的经营理念积极努力地做好服务营销工作,最终实现企业、经销商、员工和养殖户之间的多方共赢等发表了自己独到的见解。
