本文简要介绍了2t/h的硅砂整形机结构及特点,给出了计算整形机内外转体转速、间隙、运转功率以及设备产量的理论公式,从而为整形机的系列化奠定了基础。
In this paper, the structure and characteristics of 2t / h silica sand shaping machine are briefly introduced. The theoretical formulas for calculating the rotating speed, clearance, running power and equipment output of inner and outer shaping machines are given, which lays the foundation for the shaping of the shaping machine.
