颅内蛛网膜囊肿为良性疾患。随着 CT 的普及已越来越多的病历报告,如能予以早期的诊断。及时恰当治疗。预后多良好,现将我院1976年～1996年经手术治疗。CT 和病理征实的颅内蛛网膜囊肿25例报告如下。
