本刊讯 为保护女职工身心健康及其子女的正常发育和成长,1月18日,劳动部颁发了《女职工禁忌劳动范围的规定》(全文另发)。该规定是根据国务院《女职工劳动保护规定》第十六条的要求制定的。 这一文件对女职工、已婚待孕女职工和哺乳女职工的禁忌劳动范围分别作了详细具体的规定
In order to protect the physical and mental health of women workers and the normal development and growth of their children, the Ministry of Labor issued the “Provisions on the Taboo Working Conditions of Female Employees on January 18” (the full text is published separately). The Provisions are formulated in accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the State Council’s “Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees”. This document provides detailed and specific provisions on the taboo labor scope of women workers, married women workers and nurse women workers respectively
