本文对50例左向右分流性先心病并发肺动脉高血压病人,进行了血浆TXB_2和6酮PGF_(1a)的含量测定,以及二者的比值(T/6)。发现TXB_2与6酮PGF_(1a)的平衡失调是肺动脉高压的加压因子。而PRA(肾素活性)及AⅡ(血管紧张素A_2)在肺动脉高压的发病过程中也起相当作用。
In this paper, 50 cases of left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension in patients with plasma TXB_2 and 6 ketone PGF_ (1a) content determination, and the ratio between the two (T / 6). It was found that the imbalance of TXB_2 with 6-keto-PGF_ (1a) is a pressure factor of pulmonary hypertension.
