员工培训的内核价值存在于知识提升、技能传授和态度引导三个方面。对员工培训价值的认识经历了离散、整合、聚焦三个阶段,同时员工培训还具有增强员工归属感、促进双向沟通、树立企业良好形象、保持企业永继经营的生命力等外部效应,清醒认识员工培训内涵和价值,对员工培训工作健康顺利开展具有重要意义。 The kernel value of employee training exists in knowledge promotion, skills transfer and attitude guidance in three aspects. The awareness of staff training value has gone through three stages of separation, integration and focus. At the same time, staff training also has the external effect of enhancing staff’s sense of belonging, promoting two-way communication, establishing a good corporate image, and maintaining the viability of the company’s business forever, The connotation and value of training are of great significance to the healthy and smooth development of staff training.
