胜坨油田胜二区东二段稠油油藏原油粘度较高,平均6439mPa.s,油井单井产能低,截至2004年底,累计产油18.05×104t,采出程度3.93%,油藏基本满足蒸汽热采的条件。为探讨区块注汽热采的可能性,2008年选取了位于构造中、高部的4口油井,进行热采试验,单井产量显著提高,获得了理想的开发效果和良好的经济效益,充分说明了本块稠油油藏适合蒸汽吞吐生产,为区块下部高速开发指明了方向,也为类似区块的开发,提供了借鉴经验。
The viscosity of crude oil in the second section of East Second Member of Sheng-sheng Oilfield is high, with an average of 6439 mPa.s. The single-well productivity of the well is low. As of the end of 2004, the accumulated oil production was 18.05 × 104t and the recovery rate was 3.93% Steam thermal recovery conditions. In order to explore the possibility of block steam injection, four oil wells located in the middle and upper part of the structure were selected for thermal recovery test in 2008, yield of single well was significantly increased, and ideal development results and good economic benefits were obtained. It fully shows that this heavy oil reservoir is suitable for steam huff and puff production, which points out the direction for the high-speed development of the lower part of the block and also provides reference for the development of similar blocks.
