目的分析血常规检验中的误差来源及影响因素。方法选取我院招募的志愿者160名,均体检合格,抽取静脉血在不同条件下进行血常规检验及分析。结果温度、采血部位、放置时间因素会引起血常规的临床检验结果的误差,采血时间对检验基本无影响。结论血常规的临床检验受温度、采血部位、放置时间因素的影响,采血时应采取静脉血、血样在冷藏条件下保存、采血后及时送检能够提高血常规检验结果的准确性。
Objective To analyze the sources of error and influencing factors in routine blood test. Methods Totally 160 volunteers were enrolled in our hospital. All of them were examined by physical examination. The venous blood samples were collected for blood routine examination and analysis under different conditions. Results Temperature, blood sampling site, place the time factor will cause blood test results of clinical error, blood sampling time on the test had no effect. Conclusion The clinical examination of blood routine is affected by the temperature, blood sampling location and time of placement. Venous blood should be taken during blood sampling. Blood samples should be preserved under refrigeration and promptly tested after blood sampling to improve the accuracy of blood test results.
