通过对油田使用的脉冲喷嘴的材质焊接性进行分析,结合脉冲喷嘴的形状和技术要求,制定了分件组合、扩散焊接制造脉冲喷嘴的工艺措施,成功地进行了内腔形状复杂的石油钻头脉冲喷嘴的焊接。 脉冲喷嘴可分解为三元件进行组合焊接,形成一个整体。被焊元件间采用工艺夹层作为扩散剂,让元件中的元素以原子、离子、分子态向夹层中扩散,夹层材料中的元素以同样方式向被焊元件中扩散。通过双向扩散过程,使分离元件焊接为一个牢固的整体,其结构见图1。 1 焊接工艺 (1) 材料 脉冲喷嘴制造材料为YG系列硬质合
