伴随着全世界对环保工作的重视,发达国家对进口产品的包装和标签认证也越来越引严格。发达国家制定的各种环保和认证标志对我国的出口产品屡屡设限,对我国的出口企业造成巨大的经济损失,也造成我国部分出口产品市场的萎缩。满足进口国家对标签的要求,对我国政府和出口企业既是挑战也是机遇,可以借此完善我国包装和标签方面的法规制度,也能促进企业的清洁生产和技术更新。
Accompanied by the world’s emphasis on environmental protection, developed countries, packaging and labeling of imported products is also increasingly stringent certification. The various environmental protection and certification marks formulated by the developed countries have repeatedly set limits on China’s export products, causing huge economic losses to China’s export enterprises and also causing some of China’s export products to shrink. To meet the labeling requirements of importing countries is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for our government and exporting enterprises to improve the laws and regulations on packaging and labeling in our country and promote cleaner production and technological upgrading of enterprises.
