目的探讨小型家具厂接触苯及苯系物对从业人员血常规的影响。方法对418名接触苯及苯系物和367名不接触苯及苯系物人员进行健康检查和血常规分析,在单因素分析的基础上,进行非条件多因素logistic分析。结果接触苯及苯系物人员白细胞减少78例(18.66%),血小板减少43例(10.29%),对照组分别为38(10.35%)、29例(7.9%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论接触苯及苯系物对从业人员血常规改变有直接作用,且与接触水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the impact of exposure to benzene and benzene series on the blood routine of employees in small furniture factory. Methods The health check and routine blood tests of 418 workers exposed to benzene and benzene and 367 workers not exposed to benzene and benzene were conducted. Based on the univariate analysis, unconditional multivariate logistic analysis was performed. Results There were 78 cases (18.66%) of leukopenia and 43 cases (10.29%) of thrombocytopenia in benzene-benzene-benzene-benzene-related benzene exposure patients and 38 (10.35%) and 29 cases Significance, P <0.01. Conclusions Exposure to benzene and benzene series has a direct effect on blood routine changes of practitioners, and is positively correlated with the level of exposure.
