我馆工作人员8名,设中外文期刊、中外文书、报刊阅览、文献复印、中英文打字等部门,担负着全院职工、研究生及临床实习生等近2000人的信息服务工作。 近两年,我们配合医院的医疗、教学和科研活动,贯彻“广辟信息资源,服务四化建设”的方针,以本馆现有书刊资料为基础改革管理方式,强化信息职能,采取多种方式进行信息服务。具体做法是: 一、开展多种形式的咨询服务 咨询服务是直接或间接帮助用户更好地检索与利用信息的一种服务方式,它是信息服务工作中最活跃、内容最丰富的一环。做好咨询服务是读者工作向纵深发展的一个标志。我馆
