国有企业在法国国民经济中占据重要的地位。法国政府针对国有企业规模大、实力强等特点,通过各种监督机构对国有企业进行监督,其监督范围包括企业投资决策、预算执行、经营管理、财务收支、经济效益、目标成果等等,并依照不同类型企业采用不同的监督形式。其做法对于我国的国企监督机制不失为一种借鉴。
