实验用Wistar大鼠。内毒素休克组经静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素16mg/kg体重,对照组注射等量生理盐水。于注后0.5、4和8小时收集红细胞,分别测定细胞浆和细胞膜的蛋白激酶C(PKC)活性。
Experimental Wistar rats. The endotoxin shock group was injected with E. coli endotoxin 16 mg / kg body weight intravenously and the control group with the same amount of saline. Erythrocytes were harvested at 0.5, 4, and 8 hours post injection, and protein kinase C (PKC) activity was measured in the cytoplasm and plasma membrane, respectively.
