各市、县人民政府,省各委、办、厅、局,省各直属单位:根据中共中央、国务院《关于治理向企业乱收费、乱罚款和各种摊派等问题的决定》(中发[1997]14号)和省委、省政府《关于贯彻中共中央国务院关于治理向企业乱收费乱罚款和各种摊派等问题的决定的意见》(苏发[1997]13号)精神,为进一步规范市场经济秩序,切实减轻企业和群众负担,经研究决定,现将第六批取消的行政事业性收费项目公布如下:1、以工补农、建农资金(苏发[998]10号)2、废金属准运手续费(苏价涉字[1992]第11号、苏财综[1992]21号)3、车船使用税税讫及免税标志工本费(苏财综[1998]32号、苏价费函[1998]33号)4、蚕桑事业改进费(苏政办发[1995]58号)5、煤气增容费(苏财综[93]193号、苏价涉字[1993]208号,苏价涉联[1992]第10号)6、煤炭城市建设附加费(苏财综[92]160号、苏政办函[1992]89号)7、民用爆破器材劳务费(苏物计陈[1995]169号)8、能源超耗加价费(苏财综[95]150号)
