基于乳液润滑剂的离水展着性与其润滑性能相关,考察了几种因素对乳液润滑剂离水展着性能的影响。研究表明,提高乳液温度,增加油相粘度,增大乳液、极性添加剂、乳化剂的浓度均有利于提高乳液润滑剂离水展着性能。
Based on the relationship between the water repellency of the emulsion lubricant and its lubricity, the influence of several factors on the water repellency performance of the emulsion lubricant was investigated. Research shows that increasing the temperature of the emulsion, increasing the viscosity of the oil phase, increasing the concentration of the emulsion, the polar additive and the emulsifier are all beneficial to improving the performance of the emulsion lubricant from the water.
