本文提出一种利用共聚、增塑等方法研制而成的改性MC尼龙材料,并设计出外层为耐磨、吸震层,里层为紧固层的双层结构轮衬。这种新型改性MC尼龙轮衬在北京香山游览客运索道的应用证实,具有耐磨、吸震、安全可靠、综合经济效益好等明显特点。
In this paper, a kind of modified MC nylon material, which is developed by copolymerization, plasticization and other methods, is proposed and a double-layer structure wheel lining with a wear-resistant and shock-absorbing layer on the outer layer and a fastening layer on the inner layer is designed. The new modified MC nylon wheel lining in Beijing Xiangshan Tour passenger ropeway applications confirmed that with wear-resistant, shock absorption, safe and reliable, comprehensive economic benefits and other obvious features.
