在生产直径大于406mm(16in)高频焊管时,为了能正确评估并选择适合的焊接工艺,从焊缝质量、能耗等方面讨论了接触焊和感应焊的差异,并重点讨论了大管径机组对高频感应焊和高频接触焊的影响。综合分析对比得出,高频接触焊相对感应焊具有焊缝质量好、节能效果明显、不需要昂贵的活套和感应线圈以及复杂的阻抗器装置等优势,感应芯棒设计及维护简单方便,成材率高,并且当采用“卷对卷工艺”时,相对于感应焊,接触焊产量高、废品少,能够获得明显较短的焊接V形区长度和较短的焊接区,易于控制板边质量和焊缝质量。
