针对目前自适应均压电路参考电压波形不易生成且通用性差的现状,提出一种自动生成参考电压波形的自适应均压法,该方法无需提前设置参考电压波形,通用性强,操作方便,具有良好的应用前景。利用Saber软件对自适应均压法进行仿真验证,结果表明自适应均压法具有良好的均压效果,在此基础上,基于压接型IGBT串联型换流阀对自适应均压电路进行试验验证,验证自适应均压电路的有效性与可行性。
Aiming at the current situation that the reference voltage waveform of adaptive voltage equalizer is not easy to be generated and the commonality is poor, an adaptive voltage equalization method of automatically generating a reference voltage waveform is proposed.
