去年11月22日,中国企业管理协会会长袁宝华听取了《企业管理》杂志编辑部的汇报,并作了重要讲话。宝华同志在讲话中指出,应根据当前形势和治理整顿、深化改革的要求,从企业的实际出发来开展企管报刊的宣传报导工作;同时,要在坚持正面宣传的原则下,对治理整顿期间大家议论的热点和工作中的难点在刊物上开展讨论乃至争论,争论是为了更好的坚持四项基本原则和坚持改革开放;要坚持正面教育为主和百家争鸣的很好结合。宝华同志还对全国企业管理报刊联谊会的工作和企管报刊的报导提出了10条具体意见。宝华同志的讲话不仅对《企业管理》杂志具有重要的指导意义,对企协系统的管理报刊都有重要指导意义。为此,经全国企业管理报刊联谊会有关同志研究,请《企业管理》杂志主编、联谊会召集人伍子杰同志整理,并经过宝华同志同意后,在有关企管报刊上统发。本刊现根据统发稿略加删节后予以刊登,文章题目为本刊编辑部所加。希望本刊广大读者根据宝华同志讲话精神,围绕如何进一步提高本刊质量、搞好宣传报导工作提出宝贵意见和建议。
