本文认为,在调整时期“大气候”降温的情况下,地区经济同样有发展机会,关键在于地区政府,如何在适应国家宏观经济大环境变化的前提下,创造有利于本区经济发展的“小气候”。作者联系常州市的实际情况,分析了治理整顿期间,地方政府应当如何调整本地区的经济战略目标,并对实施战略目标提出了具体对策。本文对地方政府搞好治理整顿时期的经济决策有重要参考价值。
This paper argues that in the adjustment period “big climate” cooling situation, the regional economy also has opportunities for development, the key lies in the regional government, how to adapt to the macroeconomic environment in the country under the premise of change, to create favorable conditions for the economic development of the “microclimate” . Based on the actual situation of Changzhou City, the author analyzes how the local government should adjust the economic strategic objectives of the region during the process of reorganization and rectification, and put forward specific countermeasures for the implementation of the strategic goals. This article has important reference value to the local government’s economic decision-making in the period of rectification and rectification.
