目的探讨脐血心肌酶在窒息新生儿心肌损害早期诊断和程度评估中的临床价值。方法将在我院窒息患儿52例为窒息组,同期在我院出生无围生期窒息缺氧史的新生儿48例作为对照组,采脐血化验心肌酶并对结果进行对比分析。结果窒息新生儿脐血心肌酶活性比对照组血清心肌酶活性明显升高(P<0.05),即窒息程度越重,血清心肌酶升高越明显。结论新生窒息时脐血心肌酶活性变化显著,可作为新生儿窒息后心肌损害的重要观察指标之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of umbilical cord blood enzymes in the early diagnosis and degree of myocardial damage in asphyxia neonates. Methods 52 cases of asphyxia in our hospital asphyxia group, the same period in our hospital born without perinatal asphyxia hypoxia history of 48 newborns as a control group, umbilical cord blood was taken to test myocardial enzymes and comparative analysis of the results. Results Asphyxia neonatal cord blood myocardial enzyme activity than the control group serum myocardial enzyme activity was significantly increased (P <0.05), that is, the more severe asphyxia, serum myocardial enzymes increased significantly. Conclusion The changes of myocardial enzymes in neonatal asphyxia have significant changes, which can be used as one of the important observation indexes of myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia.
