《上海中医药杂志》1981年9月号载有一篇题为《慈禧医案中经方之运用》的文章。其中第三、四两案,实际上就是慈禧太后患腹泻,经太医院诊治先后换用的两个处方。可能由于文章着重在经方应用的论述,因而作者把它分成两案。现将原案照录于下,就案论事,谈谈个人的看法。真武汤案:“光绪三十四年十月初四日酉刻,张仲元(太医院右院判)、戴家瑜请得皇太后左关弦而稍劲,右寸关滑,中取鼓指,食后嘈杂,头闷目倦,有时作呕,腹中水响,大便尚泻,身肢力软。总由中气郁遏,
The September 1981 issue of the Shanghai Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine contained an article titled “Use of Classics in Cixi Medical Cases.” Among them, the third and fourth cases are actually two cases where Cixi’s mother had suffered from diarrhoea, and they have been switched to the hospital for treatment. Perhaps because the article focuses on the application of the classics, the author divides it into two cases. The original case is now recorded as follows. On the case, discuss personal views. The Zhenwu Tang case: "Guangxu was engraved on the 4th day of October of the 34th year of the Guangxu period. Zhang Zhongyuan (too much hospital right court verdict) and Dai Jiayu asked the emperor to get off the left string and have a little bit of strength. The right inch is slippery, and the drumsticks are taken after eating. Noisy, head bored and tired, sometimes nausea, water in the abdomen, stools diarrhea, body and limbs are soft.
