拥有一技之长,才能更好就业。湖北省宜昌市夷陵区劳动就业局为帮助困难人员就业,开展了“志·能”激发技能培训计划,帮助困难人员获得一技之长,成功上岗。培训计划自开展以来,广受好评,困难群体获得了实实在在的利益。成功没有奇迹,只有轨迹36岁的陈庭会家境贫寒,由于早年辍学,又没有技术,境遇十分困难。2013年5月,经由黄花镇推荐,陈庭会参加了夷陵区“志·能”激发技能培训,在区劳动就业训练中心免费学习叉车操作技术。为了帮助陈庭会尽快上岗就业,人力资源服务中心积极
