2009年12月23日,中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会在人民大会堂举行仪式,隆重纪念中国教科文全委会成立30周年和联合国教科文组织北京办事处建立25周年。作为纪念活动的重要组成部分,全委会秘书处邀请全委会委员单位、合作伙伴单位,政府部(委),以及教育部机关和直属单位、高等院校、地方政府官员、地方教育主管部门、教科文组织北京办事处、教科文组织二类中心、教科文组织协会和俱乐部等机构的代表,研讨“与教科文组织合作伙伴关系”。研讨会上,中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会秘书长方茂田先生围绕研讨会“合作”主题,做了题为“加强国际合作,实现互利共赢”的大会主旨发言。经作者授权,本刊特别刊发该报告,以飨读者。
On December 23, 2009, the UNESCO National Committee of China held a ceremony in the Great Hall of the People to solemnly mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Christian Science Commission and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the UNESCO Beijing Office. As an important part of the commemorative activities, the secretariat of the NPC invited the committee members, the partner units, the government ministries (commissions) as well as the organs of the Ministry of Education and its subordinate units, universities and colleges, local government officials, local education authorities , UNESCO Beijing Office, UNESCO Center II, UNESCO Associations and Clubs to discuss “Partnership with UNESCO”. During the seminar, Mr. Fang Maotian, Secretary-General of China National Commission for UNESCO, made a keynote speech on the theme of “Symposium” and entitled “Strengthening International Cooperation and Achieving Mutual Benefit.” With the author’s authorization, we publish the report specially to readers.
