三相全控桥电路,一般只能采用六路双窄脉冲触发。本文根据电焊机的特点,论述了采用两路触发电路来触发三相桥是可行的,给出了各部的实际电路,并应用到了焊机中,收到了很好的效果。与六路双窄脉冲相比,两路触发具有电路简单、调试维修方便等优点。本文的结果说明,在一定的条件下,不同的主电路可以用同一触发电路,这对生产企业在提高标准化率、生产效率和节约成本方面都有实际意义。
Three-phase fully controlled bridge circuit, generally only six dual narrow pulse trigger. According to the characteristics of the welding machine, this paper discusses that it is feasible to use two trigger circuits to trigger the three-phase bridge. The actual circuits of each part are given and applied to the welding machine, which has received good results. Compared with the six dual narrow pulse, the two trigger circuit has the advantages of simple debugging and maintenance. The results of this paper show that under certain conditions, different main circuits can use the same trigger circuit, which is of practical significance for manufacturers to improve the standardization rate, production efficiency and cost savings.
