几年前,我由群众民主选举出任大连金州制革厂厂长。大连金州制革厂创建于193B年,是我国制革行业中较有影响的厂家之一,现有职工430人,主要从事以猪皮、牛皮为原料的各种轻革、重革生产。1987年投皮量为35万张,轻革100万平方米,重革360吨,产值1380万元,产品的30％供出口。厂长难当。以我的体会,开放搞活形势下的厂长其难处在于:
