几年前,我由群众民主选举出任大连金州制革厂厂长。大连金州制革厂创建于193B年,是我国制革行业中较有影响的厂家之一,现有职工430人,主要从事以猪皮、牛皮为原料的各种轻革、重革生产。1987年投皮量为35万张,轻革100万平方米,重革360吨,产值1380万元,产品的30%供出口。厂长难当。以我的体会,开放搞活形势下的厂长其难处在于:
A few years ago, I was democratically elected by the masses as the director of the Dalian Jinzhou tannery. Established in 193B, Dalian Jinzhou Tannery Co., Ltd. is one of the most influential manufacturers in the tanning industry in China. It has 430 employees and is mainly engaged in the production of various light leather and heavy leathers using pigskin and cow leather as raw materials. In 1987, the volume of skins was 350,000, light leather was 1 million square meters, heavy leather was 360 tons, output value was 13.8 million yuan, and 30% of products were exported. The director is difficult. According to my experience, the difficulties of the director in the open and invigorating situation lie in:
