现在的中学生,除了文本的解读可能不如教师外,其他诸如信息拥有量、顺应新事物的变通力等往往超过教师。教师原先拥有的教参优势,随着图书市场的开放早已失去。要取得教学成功,让学生掏心里话,真正获得学生的尊敬和配合,就要尊重他们,允许不同意见的存在。比如,鼓励学生对课本内容提出不同看法,对教师的教学提意见甚至批评等。因此我常搞调查:对文言文的看法及教学的建议;对诗歌教法的看法等。课堂上,我甚至鼓励学生反驳我,因为我始终认为,有开明的教师才有坦诚的学生。 学生如水,教师只能做开渠人,引他、导他,而不能做堤坝,
Today’s middle school students, besides the interpretation of the text, may not be as good as teachers. Others, such as the amount of information possessed and the adaptability of new things, often exceed teachers. In class, I even encouraged students to refute me because I always believed that there were open-minded teachers who had candid students.
