侯瀚如,1963年生于广州,1981年考入中央美术学院,1988年硕士毕业。1990年后移居巴黎。现为阿姆斯特丹皇家美术学院教授、美国明尼苏达州沃克艺术中心国际艺术顾问委员会成员、中国当代艺术奖评委。同时也是欧洲、亚洲以及美国很多艺术基金会的委员和评委。英文文集《在中间地带》于2002年出版。
Hou Hanru, born in Guangzhou in 1963, was admitted to the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1981 and graduated in 1988 with a master’s degree. After moving to Paris in 1990. He is currently a professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam, a member of the International Art Advisory Committee of the Walker Art Center in Minnesota, and a judge of the Chinese Contemporary Art Award. He is also a member and judge of many art foundations in Europe, Asia and the United States. English volume “in the middle” published in 2002.
