突发公共卫生事件即一些突然间发生的且具有一定的伤害性的公共事件。公安机关的理化实验室所针对的主要是一些以毒品和酒精为主的公共卫生事件,其中所说的化学性突发事件主要是指化学水中毒、食物污染或者是环境污染等所引起的化学中毒事件,这种事件的发生具有难预见、患者病情比较重以及涉案人数多等特点,所以一直以来都受到了各级政府的重视。这有不断完善理化实验室的相关功能才能更好地确保当地居民的生命财产安全,进而也为我国平安社会的建设作出一定的贡献。
Public health emergencies are sudden and harmful public events. The physical and chemical laboratories of the public security organs are mainly targeted at public health incidents mainly involving drugs and alcohol. The chemical incidents mentioned here mainly refer to chemical accidents caused by chemical water poisoning, food contamination or environmental pollution Poisoning incidents, the occurrence of such incidents are unpredictable, the patient’s condition is heavy, and the number of people involved is so high that it has always been valued by all levels of government. This has the continuous improvement of the relevant functions of physical and chemical laboratories in order to better ensure the safety of life and property of local residents, and thus make some contribution to the building of a safe society in our country.
