目的观察治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法对内蒙古医院附属医院54例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为观察组(31例)及对照组(23例),对照组采用强的松龙混悬液加利多卡因进行治疗,观察组采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(73.9%)。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.1,P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗口腔扁平苔藓能发挥协调互补作用,有利于口腔黏膜细胞的修复,又能依靠全身免疫调节功能,巩固疗效,减少复发。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral lichen planus. Methods 54 cases of oral lichen planus in Inner Mongolia Hospital Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (23 cases). The control group was treated with prednisolone suspension plus lidocaine. The observation group was adopted Western medicine combined with the method of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate (96.7%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (73.9%). The total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.1, P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of oral lichen planus with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can play a coordinating and complementing role, which is good for the repair of oral mucosa cells and relying on systemic immunomodulatory function to consolidate the curative effect and reduce recurrence.
