综述了近年来羰基化合物的不对称还原的研究进展,给出了八种用于羰基化合物不对称还原的手性配体,以及它们在合成上的应用。同时对还原机理进行了初步探讨。
The progress in asymmetric reduction of carbonyl compounds in recent years is reviewed. Eight chiral ligands for the asymmetric reduction of carbonyl compounds are given, and their applications in synthesis are given. At the same time, the mechanism of reduction was discussed.
