本文用自旋标记和ESR波谱技术研究了抗癌药物长春新碱和氮芥对中国地鼠肺正常细胞V_(79)和癌变细胞V_(79)-B_1膜磷脂分子序数的影响,做了序参数的动力学曲线,从分子水平阐述了抗癌药物对这些细胞膜磷脂分子的相互作用.
In this paper, the effects of anti-cancer drugs vincristine and nitrogen mustard on the molecular index of phospholipids of V_ (79) and V_ (79) -B_1 in normal lung tissue of Chinese hamster were studied by spin labeling and ESR spectroscopy. The kinetic curves of the parameters describe the interaction of anticancer drugs on these cellular membrane phospholipid molecules at the molecular level.
