教师对教师聘用合同的法定解除权是保障教师权益的重要权利,它是目前为止我国实施教师聘用制中教师唯一可以对抗学校的一项权利。教师法定解除聘用合同包括预告解除、试用期内的任意解除、即时解除和无需通知辞职等四种情形,我们需要针对这四种不同的情形设定不同的法定解除条件,而设定的这些条件适用于固定期限、无固定期限以及以完成一定工作任务为期限等所有类型的教师聘用合同。
