“甘为红领巾的孺子牛,誓当少先队的敢死队。”这是段镇的座右铭。他做到了,将少先队工作坚持到了生命的最后一刻。2014年10月15日,我们敬爱的“段伯伯”因病逝世,享年86岁。段镇,我国著名少年儿童教育专家、少先队最有影响的理论家与活动家。他先后撰写出版了《少先队学》、《少先队教育学》、《论少年先锋队》、《少先队发展新思考》、《少先队自动化》、《少先队集体建设》、《上海少先队发展史》等一系列著作。其中,2008年5月出版的《少先队学》是少先队工作实践向学科建设发展的奠基之作。作为中国少先队理论建设的开拓者与奠基人,他为中国红领巾事业作出了卓越的贡献。段镇对《少先队活动》杂志有着深厚的感情,数年来为杂志撰写了大量文章,80多岁高龄依旧坚持为杂志撰写专栏,参与杂志社研讨活动,为了纪念这位一生笔耕不辍的智者,编辑部特邀《少先队活动》杂志的老领导,原中国福利会少年宫主任胡冠璋撰文,以表达对段老的无尽怀念。胡冠璋,中国青少年社会教育“银杏奖”终身成就奖、上海市首届“星星火炬奖”获得者,建国初第一批被上海团市委聘为少先队总辅导员,曾与段镇一同在团市委少年部工作,任上海市少儿研究中心副主任、上海市少先队工作学会副会长。在《少先队学》一书中撰写“论少儿游戏”与“少先队与校外教育机构”章节,主编《校外教育工作手册》等。

As a pioneer and founder of the theoretical building of the Chinese Young Pioneers, he made outstanding contributions to the cause of the red scarf in China. In the past few years, he wrote a large number of articles for magazines. In his 80s, he still insisted on writing columns for magazines and participating in magazine seminars. In order to commemorate the wise man who has spent his entire life in writing, The editorial board invited the ”Young Pioneers Activity“ magazine’s old leader, the former director of China Welfare Children’s Palace Wu Guanzhang author, to express the endless remembrance of old paragraph. In the ”Little Pioneer Science“ in a book writing ”On Children’s Games“ and ”Young Pioneers and Extra-curricular Educational Institutions“ chapter, editor of ”off-campus education workbook" and so on.
