学校数控专业教学中使用数控机床已达10年之久,这些数控车床在教学中经常出现一些问题,比如系统经常出现一些莫名其妙的报警现象,加工出的零件不能达到要求,使用过程中机械故障率较高,并且系统功能少不能完全满足实习要求,严重影响了实习教学,购置新机床,费用较高,对其进行改造能在保证经济性的基础上满足实习教学,是学校提高实习教学质量的一个重要手段。本文中改造方案具体包括机械部分改造、电气部分改造,系统部分升级,参数设定等几个部分。
