Tyrosine kinase (TK) is the main component of hematopoietic cell signaling and plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. The abnormally high expression of tyrosine kinase (TK) is associated with the occurrence of many hematopoietic tumors. BMX is a new non-receptor TK gene found in human bone marrow cell RNA. It locates on chromosome Xp2 2 .2 and its length is 2.7 kb, encoding a relative molecular mass of
