急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)是急诊冬季常见的急症,可出现多种器官受损,而心脏是除了脑以外最常见的受损器官。心率变异性(HRV)是一种简便而又敏感的反映心脏自主神经调控的一种检测方法。HRV实质上是通过分析窦性心率间期(R-R间期)在不同的时间或状态下的变化,反映在窦房结水平自主神经对心率的调整。该指标是否与心肌损伤有关是近年来国内外广泛关注的问题之一。
Acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) is a common emergency in the emergency winter, where multiple organ damage can occur and the heart is the most commonly damaged organ other than the brain. Heart rate variability (HRV) is a simple and sensitive method to detect the regulation of cardiac autonomic nervous system. HRV essentially reflects changes in sinus rhythm (R-R interval) at different times or states, reflecting the modulation of heart rate by the autonomic nerve at the level of the sinoatrial node. Whether this indicator is related to myocardial injury is one of the issues of widespread concern at home and abroad in recent years.
