目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胃癌发展、浸润和转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测42例胃良性病变和52例胃癌组织中VEGF和MMP-2表达情况。结果VEGF随胃癌的发展阳性率逐渐增高(P<0.05),浸及浆膜层组VEGF阳性率显著高于未浸及浆膜层组(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);MMP-2随胃癌的发展阳性率逐渐增高(P<0.05),浸及浆膜层组MMP-2表达率高于未侵及浆膜组(P<0.05),淋巴结转移组MMP-2表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。VEGF和MMP-2表达关系密切(P<0.05)。结论VEGF和MMP-2均参与胃癌的发展、浸润和转移,可作为了解胃癌的生物学行为和判断预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in 42 cases of gastric benign lesions and 52 cases of gastric cancer. Results The positive rate of VEGF with gastric cancer was gradually increased (P<0.05). The positive rate of VEGF in plasma membrane layer was significantly higher than that in non-soaked plasma membrane layer (P<0.05). The lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis. Group (P<0.05); The positive rate of MMP-2 with the development of gastric cancer was gradually increased (P<0.05). The expression rate of MMP-2 in the plasma membrane layer group was higher than that in the non-invaded serosa group (P<0.05). The expression rate of MMP-2 in the metastatic group was significantly higher than that in the no lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 was closely related (P<0.05). Conclusion Both VEGF and MMP-2 are involved in the development, infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer. They may be used as an indicator to understand the biological behavior of gastric cancer and determine the prognosis.
