2013年11月5日,“中国记者‘走转改’海疆万里行”第三阶段系列报道活动正式启动。该活动由中国产业报协会主办、《中国产经新闻》报社承办,人民日报、新华社、中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、中国海洋报、中国海洋石油报、中国环境报、中国旅游报、中国船舶报、新产经杂志等中央媒体记者,历经辽宁、天津、河北、山东、江苏、上海、浙江、福建、广东、广西、海南等省市,深入沿海各个城市、乡村、渔村和港口,走进企业车间、渔家船舍和海岛哨所。
