食管静脉曲张出血的治疗效果,至今尚难令人满意.根据气囊填塞原理,及在静脉壁外通以一定量的直流电能诱导静脉内血栓形成这一实验现象,我们设计了一种由醋酸纤维半透膜、橡皮导尿管、铂金丝等制成的半透膜液囊电极,以诱导动物模型家免食管曲张静脉内血栓形成,并对可能产生的副作用进行了观察.结果表明,半透膜液囊电极简单有效,值得进一步研究,以达到临床运用的目的.
