纤维素可以说是大自然给我们的礼物,但又是最不被欣赏的礼物。很多人知道纤维素有益肠道,但还有很多人不知道富含纤维素的膳食可以帮助减肥,减少心脏病和糖尿病的危险因素。随着我们饮食方式的改变,纤维素摄入量减少了。如果你吃的纤维素少了,你可以通过多吃全谷类面包和燕麦、水果蔬菜、豆类和干果等增加纤维素摄入。
