目的:建立专职药师下临床制度,对药物治疗全过程进行监测与控制。方法:临床药师参加查房,检查合理用药等问题。结果:临床药师定期定点查房,及时查出临床科室用药存在的问题,使临床不合理用药问题快速、有效的解决,合理用药的水平得到提高。结论:临床药师参与查房,可以提高药学服务质量,提高合理用药的水平。
Objective: To establish a full-time pharmacist clinical system to monitor and control the whole course of drug treatment. Methods: Clinical pharmacists to participate in ward rounds, check the rational use of drugs and other issues. Results: The clinical pharmacists conducted regular rounds of rounds of ward rounds to find out the problems in the clinical departments in time, so that the problems of irrational clinical use of drugs were solved quickly and effectively, and the level of rational use of drugs was improved. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists participating in ward rounds can improve the quality of pharmacy services and improve the level of rational drug use.
