利用新沉淀的Zr(OH)4·3%Y(OH)3·nH2O作前驱体,以乙二醇甲醚-水溶液作反应介质,水热法合成了四方相ZrO2·3%Y2O3纳米晶,考察了反应介质、pH值、反应温度及Cl-、NO3-和SO42-对产物的影响.前驱体对产物物相有重要影响,形成四方相ZrO2·3%Y2O3的反应介质的pH值随介质中水和醇相对含量的不同而变化;晶化温度越高,产物颗粒度越小;醇含量越高,颗粒间团聚程度越低;Cl-、NO3-及SO42-对产物颗粒的影响随醇含量的增加而减小.
The tetragonal ZrO2.3% Y2O3 nanocrystals were synthesized by hydrothermal method using the newly precipitated Zr (OH) 4 · 3% Y (OH) 3 · nH2O as the precursor and ethylene glycol methyl ether-water as the reaction medium. The effect of reaction medium, pH value, reaction temperature and Cl-, NO3- and SO42- on the product was investigated. The precursor has an important influence on the product phase. The pH value of the reaction medium forming tetragonal ZrO2.3% Y2O3 varies with the relative content of water and alcohol in the medium. The higher the crystallization temperature, the smaller the product particle size. The alcohol The higher the content, the lower the degree of agglomeration between the particles; the effect of Cl-, NO3- and SO42- on the product particles decreases with the increase of the alcohol content.
