本文详细介绍了同轴负载的设计、制造工艺和测量方法。该同轴负载由3个2π/3模式腔和6个π/3模式腔构成,总衰减约23db。负载输入端驻波比小于1.05。负载已在上海医用核子仪器厂生产的10MeV医用电子直线加速器上成功地进行了高功率试验。应用同轴负载代替通常的输出耦合器系统,不仅使加速器结构更加紧凑,也简化了通带特性调整和改善了加速器的性能,获得额外的能量增益。
This article details the design, manufacturing process, and measurement methods for coaxial loads. The coaxial load consists of 3 2π / 3 mode cavities and 6 π / 3 mode cavities with a total attenuation of about 23db. The VSWR of load input is less than 1.05. The load has been successfully tested on a 10 MeV medical linear accelerator manufactured at the Shanghai Medical Nuclear Instrument Factory. The use of coaxial loads instead of the usual output coupler system not only makes the accelerator structure more compact but also simplifies the adjustment of the passband characteristics and improves the performance of the accelerator to obtain additional energy gain.
