市场经济下,企业追求的主要目标是经济效益,而成本管理是利用各种各样的手段来实现以最低的成本达到最高的经济效益,是企业运营中的重要一个环节。当前,我国油田企业在成本管理上还存在着许多问题,整体管理水平不高,严重影响企业的经济效益,亟须进行改善。本文通过对油田企业成本管理的实际应用进行分析,提出了改善油田企业成本管理的措施。
Under the market economy, the main objective pursued by the enterprises is economic benefits, and cost management utilizes various means to achieve the highest economic benefits at the lowest cost and is an important link in the operation of an enterprise. At present, there are still many problems in the cost management of oilfield enterprises in our country. The overall management level is not high, which seriously affects the economic benefits of enterprises and there is an urgent need for improvement. This paper analyzes the practical application of cost management in oilfield enterprises and puts forward measures to improve the cost management of oilfield enterprises.
